2011 Competition
Culture&Cultures is pleased to open this year’s competition.
We will feature twelve films in competition.
This year we have chosen one theme in the competition section for both intercultural fiction and documentary films:
Intercultural Relationships and their Challenges
These films may be about many different aspects of life.
The relationship between woman and man, work and play, group and individual, sustainability and consumerism, politics and religion, food and health, nature and humanity, among others.
All films should touch on the intercultural aspect of the relationships and bring us closer to the recognition of our universal humanity.
Films that are World premieres and European premieres will receive preference.
We have a particular interest in spotting and supporting the filmmakers of tomorrow.
